Howarth consultants, founded by lead consultant, Kate Howarth, offers specialist guidance and advice in all areas of Human Resource with a specific focus on supporting small and medium size organisations.

Working closely with leaders, Howarth HR takes a pragmatic and intuitive approach relying on HR expertise and knowledge whilst being compliant with legal parameters. We support and manage complex and sensitive matters with the objective of reaching a desirable end goal. We are not the biggest and we are not the cheapest but we don't want to be. Our mission is to offer a standard of HR service that is beyond all expectations where professional relationships grow and last.

Howarth HR can also offer the additional service of workplace mediation with qualified mediators trained by the London School of Mediation.
